Tell us about your bike

We need to know more about your bike so we can accurately appraise the value.

We do accept the following:

  • New and like-new bikes

  • Bikes without damage

  • Bikes with all proprietary parts necessary to assemble and safely ride the bike

    • We do NOT accept the following:

  • Bikes with major dents

  • Bikes with aftermarket paint

  • Carbon fiber damage or carbon repair

  • Excessive wear or additional damage

    • Remember, when submitting your bike, please be sure to include the following parts:

    • Seat post Collar, Seat post Wedge, or Shim
    • Proprietary seat post (aero, seat mast cap, etc.)
    • Thru Axles
    • Derailleur Hanger
    • For TT or Aero bikes (Proprietary cockpit/integrated stem and handlebars)
    • For Full sus mountain (Rear suspension)
    • For E-bikes (battery installed in the frame)

    Failure to include these parts will result in your offer being amended or your frame being returned to you.

    Drive side
